Jane Sinisi is CEO of Phiphen Studios and has been producing documentary and feature films for the last decade. Currently a member of Producers Guild of America, she has produced or executive produced films such as A CALL FOR HELP, EDEN, and THE BIRTH OF A NATION, one of the highest selling films in Sundance history.
She is also Creative Director at Phiphen, where she’s produced CENTIGRADE, starring Genesis Rodriguez & Vincent Piazza and released by IFC, THE GOD COMMITTEE, starring Kelsey Grammer, Julia Stiles and Colman Domingo, which was an official selection of the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival and BRIGHTON BEACH, starring FKA Twigs.
Sinisi is an Executive Producer on STOWAWAY on Netflix, starring Anna Kendrick and Toni Collette, as well as the upcoming BUTCHER’S CROSSING, starring Nicolas Cage and PLAN A, starring August Diehl. She also worked on the Emmy-nominated Netflix comedy series IT’S BRUNO.

Molly Conners is COO of Phiphen Studios as well as the founder and CEO of Phiphen, an independently owned film, television, and digital media company focused on producing, creative, smart, and efficiently budgeted productions for a global audience.
Currently a member of the Producers Guild of America, The British Academy of Film and Television Arts and the Television Academy, Molly is Emmy nominated and has produced or executive produced 35 feature films over the last 15 years that have earned a total of 4 Academy Awards and 11 Academy Award nominations.
Some of Molly’s notable credits include the 2014 Academy Award-winner BIRDMAN, the 2009 Academy Award-nominated FROZEN RIVER starring Melissa Leo, William Friedkin’s KILLER JOE starring Mathew McConaughey, James Gray’s THE IMMIGRANT starring Marion Cotillard, Joaquin Phoenix and Jeremy Renner, JOE, starring Nicolas Cage, and Warren Beatty’s RULES DON’T APPLY. She also produced Eli Roth’s THE GREEN INFERNO, Zach Braff’s WISH I WAS HERE and John Hillcoat’s TRIPLE 9 starring Casey Affleck, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Kate Winslet, Anthony Mackie, Woody Harrelson, Gal Gadot and Aaron Paul.
At Phiphen, the credits roll on with Netflix’s LIKE FATHER, starring Kristen Bell, Kelsey Grammer and Seth Rogen, IFC’s CENTIGRADE, Vertical’s medical thriller, THE GOD COMMITTEE, and the Emmy-nominated short-form comedy television series IT’S BRUNO, currently streaming on Netflix.
Through Phiphen’s Media Fund, Molly has also produced or executive produced PLAN A starring August Diehl, the best-selling video game, BLUE FIRE, as well as the upcoming documentary, STASI FC.
Phiphen’s current slate includes the upcoming BUTCHER’S CROSSING which premiered at the 2022 Toronto Film Festival (TIFF) starring Nicolas Cage as well as Julia Stiles’ directorial debut, WISH YOU WERE HERE, and COUP! starring Peter Sarsgaard, Billy Magnussen and Sarah Gadon.
Aldey Sanchez is the Managing Director of Phiphen Studios and serves on its board of directors. Prior to joining Phiphen Studios, he worked in the film and television industry for over 20 years.
In 2003, he co-founded OFFHOLLYWOOD, a production and post-production boutique providing emerging technologies and workflows to independent filmmakers and production companies. Encompassing digital cinema camera rentals, post-production and production services, for 16 years, OFFHOLLYWOOD supported countless feature films and television series and supported projects in 10 different countries around the world. The company became a beta site for technology companies such as Silicon Color, Apple, Adobe, AJA, Assimilate, Panasonic, and RED Digital Cinema.
In 2013, OFFHOLLYWOODs post-production operations were acquired by LightIron, a Panavision Company, to become their NYC facility. Followed by the overall acquisition in 2016 by The Vitec Group (Teradek/CSNY) in 2016.
